This is how you change your hearing aids batteries:

1. Take the sticker bit off the back of the hearing aids battery.

2. Then put the battery in the right way ( it will not fit if you put it in the wrong )

3. Close it

Important Info

A hearing aid battery should last for roughly 2 weeks.

Tip – If your using an FM System then the battery will run out after a few days. (I always change mine every school week).

– Unfortunately you can’t recharge battery’s so you have to occasionally buy new ones.

I have an MF system that i use at school. These are some tips to help a newbie out.

How it Works

There are 2 receivers that you put on your hearing aids and then you connect it to the microphone by pressing a button (in the middle top row).

The microphone goes around the teacher neck and when its on it makes their voice clearer and easier to hear.

Giving you no excuse not to do your homework as you can now clearly hear the teacher.

How to Use your MF System as Headphones

Attach one end of the lead to the microphone and the other to the computer or laptop port.

This makes it so that all the sound from the computer (you tube, games etc.) is fed directly to your hearing aids. Giving you awesome sound.

Advantages of the MF System

When a teachers has lost their voice, you are still able to hear them even though no one else can.

What to watch out for

Shouting – Make sure your teaher is aware that if they shout while the microphone is turned on that thry will hurt your ears.

Tips for the teacher

1. turn off the microphone before shouting
2. Let everyone with hearing aids know before you shout and give them time to cover their ears.
